Azul Monkey is all about balance. The ying and the yang, the delicate and the rich, to work or to play, to drink in or take out.
So, who’s Blue?
The tale of a monkey with a talent for coffee
Our story begins with Blue, an adventurous monkey with exceptional barista skills. As the tale goes, Blue stowed away from Nevis to Jamaica’s Blue Mountains, where he discovered premium coffee beans growing at 7,000 feet.
A worker at a local coffee company befriended Blue and trained him to craft the perfect cup. Before long the wanderlust struck again and Blue stowed away in a shipment bound for Liverpool, where dock workers discovered him months later.
He settled in the city and introduced everyone he met to Jamaican Blue coffee. Today, from the moment Blue wakes he puts his all into every coffee, every bean, every hearty breakfast and every tasty lunch. Blue doesn’t monkey about when it comes to service.
